Fleet # 76:
Chartered in 2002, Fleet #76 at the Keuka Yacht Club is one of
two active fleets in New York State. We have added to our fleet
at the end of the 2010 season and are now up to 13 active boats
We race back-to-back races at 2:00 p.m. on Sundays.
For those of you who have never been to the Finger Lakes, Keuka
Lake is truly one of the most beautiful lakes in the country.
The water is clean, the scenery is breath-taking and fantastic
NY State wine flows from the hills just above the club. Our MC
fleet is simply an extension of a long heritage of Keuka Lake
scow sailing that started with A scows and continues with a strong
fleet of E scows today.
MC NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Fleet 76 recently held the 2011 MC National Championship on September 14-17 Here are the results.
We hosted the 10th Annual MC Nor'Eastern Championships on September 10-11, 2011. We had 23 teams from around the country with 5 good races. Results. We will be hosting the 11th annual in summer of 2012. Take a look at the 2011 NOR for an idea of what to expect.
